We're seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and appreciates the nuances of working in a smaller accountancy practice.

The Opportunity:

• Lead audit engagements for clients with £1M - £200M turnover
• Blend audit work with accounts preparation
• A clear path to Partnership for the right candidate

Your Role:

• Manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously
• Review audits, including Corporation Tax and Statutory Accounts
• Prepare client accounts (IRIS experience ideal)
• Collaborate closely with partners and team members
• Stay ahead of accounting and auditing regulations

What You Bring:

• ACA or ACCA qualification
• Significant experience in a smaller accountancy practice
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, VAT, CIS, and inventory management
• Understanding of Personal Tax matters
• Proficiency in auditing software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Passion for hands-on work and client service
