About the Firm: Join a top 15 firm known for supporting individuals and businesses across various sectors, providing market-leading accountancy, audit, business advisory, tax, and VAT services in the UK and internationally. Based out of the High Wycombe office, you'll benefit from a flexible hybrid approach, with a minimum of 2 days in the office and the freedom to choose your hours within the core timeframe of 10 am-4 pm. The standard workweek is 35 hours, with paid overtime or time off in lieu for any extra hours worked.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors
- Oversee the audit process and ensure high-quality work
- Manage work progress and budgets
- Supervise and coach qualified staff and trainees
- Liaise with the tax team
- Handle accounts preparation and special assignments
- Participate in technical training and soft skills development
Requirements:
- CA/ACA/ACCA qualified
- UK audit background (no sponsorship provided)
- Excellent understanding of FRS 102; IFRS knowledge is advantageous
- Experience with special assignments or technical projects is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, CCH Accounts Production, and CCH Audit Automation
- Strong leadership and training skills
