This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced Audit Manager to take on more than just audits. The role involves helping drive firm-wide strategy and contributing to business growth. The successful candidate will have the chance to lead, innovate, and bring their full potential to the workplace.

They will manage a portfolio of clients, taking full ownership of the audit lifecycle — from planning to sign-off. In addition to standard responsibilities, the role includes involvement in high-impact assignments such as due diligence work, AIM/Standard listings, and reverse acquisitions.

A strong focus on the real estate sector means candidates with relevant interest or experience will find a particularly good fit.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience

  • Have led audits from planning to completion, with strong knowledge of FRS102

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior team members

  • Possess solid technical knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and international auditing standards

  • Be proactive, strategic, and keen to make a broader impact within the firm

Bonus points for experience with:

  • Digita or Caseware

  • Corporate finance

  • The real estate sector

Tools & Technology

The successful candidate will work with:

  • Digita, Caseware, Excel, Outlook, and other accounting software
