Broster Buchanan are hiring for an Audit Quality Manager for a leading national accountancy organisation.

This is a permanent full-time role that is home-working (i.e. no office element), but involving travel to accounting firms in your local area.

The position comes with a salary of circa £87,000-£92,000 plus benefits package.

The Audit Quality Manager sits as part of a national Audit Quality Review team - This team is responsible for ensuring that the quality of audit work carried out by members of the organisation is to the correct standard.

To do this, the Audit Quality Manager will view local accounting firms to review case files and assess the audit methodology, and to provide advice on best-practice, how to improve quality and manage risk.

When not visiting firms, this person will be working from home writing reports - No office element to the role, so great for someone looking for a greater % of home working.

The company are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA) with experience of working in audit in the profession to a Managerial level or above. 

This person can be based anywhere in the UK, and would cover a portfolio of firms in their local area.
