About the Role:

As an Audit RI in our client's Northampton or Leicester office, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies for Audit & Assurance services.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, primarily SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
  • Ensure audit quality and compliance as a Responsible Individual (RI) signing audit reports.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Support and mentor the Audit & Assurance team, contributing to recruitment, training, and development.
About You:
  • Experienced: At least 10 years of audit experience in practice.
  • Qualified: ACCA/ACA with a practising certificate and RI experience.
  • Technically Proficient: Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS and ISAs.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
  • Client-Focused: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
