Job Title: Senior Accountant & Auditor

Overview:

My client is seeking a Senior Accountant & Auditor within their Business Services team. This role offers a blend of audit and accounts responsibilities and is ideal for candidates with audit experience or seasoned accountants looking to expand their auditing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead audit engagements, managing the process from planning to completion while adhering to standards and timelines.

- Perform risk assessments, create audit plans, and conduct audits with precision and diligence.

- Prepare statutory financial statements for diverse clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Foster strong client relationships to facilitate smooth audit and account preparation processes.

- Mentor and support junior team members, enhancing their professional growth and skill development.

- Keep abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes to deliver top-notch services to clients.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general practice accounting (non-negotiable)

- Profound understanding of auditing standards, financial reporting, and GAAP/IFRS regulations.

- Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, capable of tackling complex accounting challenges.
