Audit Senior

Reed Practice are supporting an established and highly reputable firm based in Newbury on a retained basis to recruit a permanent audit senior.

For a firm of their size they have a very diverse, international and interesting portfolio of clients that have been with them for many years. Additionally they are still growing and are keen to continue their growth over the coming years - this is mainly achieved by recommendation and word of mouth.

This audit senior position will be the lead auditor for the firm and will initially undertake 70-80% audit whilst also supporting the accounts and tax team. The portfolio is 50% made up of UK subsidiaries of international businesses across the US, Finland, Austria etc as well as a good mix of traditional SMEs and charitable organisations.

However as the firm continues to develop the audit function the role will become a full audit role and will be at the heart of extending and delivering the audit function in conjunction with the senior partner.

To be considered for this role you will be a qualified accountant with previous experience working in audit in practice. Parking is available in Newbury when onsite and hybrid working is available in line with the role demands.
