Our client is looking for an experienced Automated QA Tester who wants to join a Front-Office Trading Team! You will be surrounded by some of the best developers in London and working on bleeding-edge technology.

If you have the ability to learn quickly, demonstrate creative problem solving capabilities with attention to detail, then this might be the role for you!

Role:

  • Design and develop automated testing platforms using modern QA Frameworks
  • Take full ownership of maintaining an elite QA environment
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable automated test cases
  • Identify and prevent gaps with automation/regression coverage
  • Lead end-to-end testing initiatives throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle
  • Share expertise with other development teams to expand use of QA practices across the organisation
  • Constantly looking to challenge status-quo, bringing your own ideas and strive for improvement
  • Acquiring business knowledge and system knowledge to further individual development

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience in QA or Software Engineering or related field.
  • Experience working in an E-Trading environment.
  • Experience with Java.
  • Experience with Unix.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases in response to requirements.
  • Expert knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes in an Agile delivery framework.
