Fast Fit Branch Manager required in Kings Lynn
  • Basic Salary: £40,000 + Bonus 
  • 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, plus Saturday Mornings 
  • Training opportunities to further career
My client a well-established fast fit franchise are looking for an experienced Centre Manager.

Main Responsibilities of the Automotive Branch Manager:
  • Manage a team in a busy centre
  • Providing great Customer Service
  • Ensure sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
  • To comply with reasonable instruction from Regional Managers, Head Office or the Board of Directors
  • To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
  • Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre
  • Liaise with Head Office and other Departments
  • Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary
  • Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
  • To be available for work at the times specified by the Company
Experience required of the Successful Branch Manager: 
  • Fast-Fit Management experience
  • Experience working with Van / Truck Tyre Fitting. 
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft.
