Automotive Software Implementation Consultant

We are searching for an Automotive Implementation Consultant/Automotive Software Implementation Consultant to join a global, yet growing, software business that will provide exceptional development and progression opportunities. Ideally, you will be located within Yorkshire and the surrounding areas, and willing to travel.

Key Benefits:

• Up to £35,000 pa, dependent on experience
• Discretionary Company Bonus Scheme
• Field Based/Remote - Ideally based in or close to Yorkshire

The Role

Reporting directly to the Professional Services Team Leader, the successful candidate will project manage the implementation of our client’s software solution to a variety of clients within the fleet industry. You will provide product training, application configuration & end-user support whilst developing strong relationships with customers. Due to the nature of the role, you may be required to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays within the UK and occasionally internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and train end-users on maximising our client’s software modules.
• Develop extensive knowledge of products and customer processes to offer consultative services and provide effective solutions to their challenges.
• Deliver software implementations and high-quality training for new and existing customers.
• Provide comprehensive end-user support for UK and international clients.
• Create and update internal and external training and implementation materials.
• Build long-term, positive relationships with customers to increase overall account satisfaction.

The Candidate

We are looking to speak with candidates that have demonstrable experience within the fleet or car dealership sector and are looking to transition into the world of technology; or individuals with a history of B2B software implementations within the fleet industry that are now looking for a new challenge.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience within a fleet, logistics, vehicle workshop or car dealership environment is strongly desired.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with SQL databases and data manipulation.
• Experience managing simultaneous projects and delivering multi-phased software implementations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to managing a changing workload in a fast-paced environment.
