At Profectus we have a new role for an AV Project Manager with an exciting global company going through rapid growth, resulting in the expansion of the Audio-Visual Project Manager team. This role is based in the UK traveling to different client sites.

This company promotes a positive work culture. Being a dynamic organisation you will have the opportunity to work on various sites and jobs. The company has a great feel about it and pulls together on each job to ensure they produce and deliver the best results possible.

You must have a full driving license as you will driving around to different sites across the UK. The head office is in Chesterfield which you are more than welcome to visit when you like. You will have a car allowance and travel expenses to client cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain accurate details for correct specifications and quotations.
  • Interpret plans/designs for client solutions.
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and meetings.
  • Provide professional and accurate quotations.
  • Produce technical documents, including marked-up plans.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and colleagues to ensure project delivery.
  • Assist in programming systems/training colleagues.

Skills/knowledge

  • Confident with audio-visual equipment/installations
  • First-class organisational skills
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Quick decision-making ability and able work independently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD or similar software
