Position: Aviation Broker

Salary: £60,000 - £100,000+ (doe)

The client is seeking an experienced Aviation Broker to join their dynamic and growing team, managing a portfolio of international clients and placing complex aviation risk into the London insurance market. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a strong network and a passion for aviation risk solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of international aviation clients.
• Place a wide range of aviation and aerospace risks into the London market.
• Work closely with underwriters to negotiate terms and secure the most competitive and comprehensive coverage.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships across multiple markets to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Advise clients on current market conditions, insurance trends, and risk management strategies.
• Deliver exceptional service and bespoke insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

What’s needed to be considered:

• Proven experience in aviation insurance broking, ideally with exposure to general aviation and aerospace risks.
• Deep understanding of the London insurance market and placement strategies.
• Strong existing relationships with key underwriters and carriers.
• Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong client service ethic and ability to manage complex, multi-national accounts.
