Aviation Operations Co-ordinator

Working both within the Warehouse and Office, working hard to satisfy the needs of a high-profile Clients. Excited to work within the field of aviation and around small and large aircraft. Experience working with high-profile Clients and/or High end products and advantage.

Flexible and willing to arrange own schedule to accommodate client requests and business needs when reasonably requested to do so. A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is essential, must be confident to drive a Transit Van.

Maintain long term client relationship. Identify and resolve client concerns, ensure customer are fully informed throughout and receive an excellent customer service. Emailing and telephoning clients and suppliers as appropriate.
