AWS Project Manager Opportunity

Lynx Recruitment is currently working with an AWS global IT consultancy that are looking for a Project Manager.

As an AWS Project Manager at, you will have the opportunity to lead and guide software engineering, platform engineering, and IoT delivery teams.

  • London, Remote working
  • £70,000 - £80,000

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with clients at various seniority levels
  • Develop delivery roadmaps and set key milestones to monitor project progress
  • Manage stakeholders and report on project performance
  • Collaborate with tech leads and clients to gather requirements and communicate them to development teams
  • Lead project teams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for project delivery teams
  • Enforce discipline in backlog management
  • Play a crucial role in removing obstacles for the teams
  • Develop metrics to measure team performance and guide them towards achieving desired performance levels
  • Implement improvements in delivery processes

Experience:

  • Degree educated within an IT or Business-related field
  • Strong experience working within an AWS environment
  • Experience in coordinating technical teams
  • Experience in implementing project management processes and tools
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean software delivery methodologies
  • Experience in delivering software engineering and AWS solutions
