Marketing Manager - B2B Events (Online Platform) - UK Remote - £55k + 10% Bonus

Reporting to: Head of Events and Head of Marketing
Package: £55,000 + 10% Bonus
Location: Fully UK Remote

As they embark on a new phase of expansion, fuelled by their recent exceptional growth, they seek a visionary Marketing Manager to help steer a future brimming with potential.
The Role
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to drive database growth and enhance engagement with their digital products.
- Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure a cohesive marketing approach that promotes our independent and commercial offerings effectively.
- Analyse and optimise marketing campaigns and channels to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Utilise data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in growing the database in both quantity and quality, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Foster relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders to amplify content reach and drive audience growth.
- Increase engagement levels across all digital media products from independent content consumption, to webinar registration, to virtual roundtable attendance.
- Website content creation: improving data capture and lead generation for new audience, creating best-in-class landing pages.
- Work with the Editor-in-Chief to ensure editorial content is effectively marketed to acquire new audience members and build strong engagement with the existing community. This is a critical role to build the right database for our business.
- Work with the Head of Content to deliver the content marketing campaigns to achieve audience and leads for our digital commercial partners.
- Support process with the Customer Success team to manage client expectations and consistently exceed campaign performance.
- Drive customer engagement and conversion through insightful data analysis and customer journey mapping.
- Streamline processes, foster innovation, and ensure marketing excellence.
- Developed management and execution of social requirements for digital media.
- Set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (PPC), and LinkedIn. Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
- Work with design, copywriting, marketing, sales, and external agency teams to deliver engaging content and robust campaigns.
- Manage a marketing budget and accurately track spend and projections for budgeting & forecasting.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on audience growth and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimise marketing efforts.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent Database Management skills utilising monitoring tools and optimising database performance.
