Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Engage with prospective clients and provide them with accurate information to address their needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings and customer promotions.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the call process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
• Ability to build rapport and handle customer objections effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required).
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
