The Testers role is to carry out testing on the Developers output. As the developer output is produced by automated code, any defects in the code can have the potential to cause £1000's worth of detriment to customer/bank. A tester's role acts as a risk control to prevent these detriments from occurring. Without the testing resource we can't meet regulatory project timelines. Without verifying that the population identifications are correct, remedial activity can't commence. We have multiple projects to onboard this year.

Skills:

• Skilled Backend Tester, with Financial Services Sector experience.

• Responsible for software testing, planning, scripting and execution for a project.

• The individual should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including multiple platforms and architectures, diverse technologies and lab environments.

• The individual will work closely with developers, designers, test engineers, Banking Experience.

• Skilled in JIRA, Cucumber, Jenkins, Agile, BDD, Java, SQL
