Hours Per week: 40

Shift pattern: 04:00 – 12:00 & 11.00 – 19:00

Required: Access to car for commute

Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced baker to join our team at our Ayrshire location. As a baker, you’ll play a crucial role in producing delicious pastries, bread, and other baked goods for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of products, including bread, cakes, pastries, and pies.
• Follow established recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent results.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a baker in a factory or commercial bakery setting.
• Minimum of 2 years experienced in a similar environment
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a bakery or food production facility.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation to our Ayrshire location.
