Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced baker to join our team. As a baker at Street Lane Bakery, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
  • Experimenting with new recipes and seasonal specials
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborating with the team to create a positive and efficient work environment
  • Ensure all baked goods meet high-quality standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a baker in a craft or artisan bakery
  • Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients
  • Passion for creating high-quality, delicious products
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed
