Location: Shropshire

Start date: ASAP

End date: 3 month minimum, open to extension

Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00

Hours: Part time (22.5hrs/week)

Band: 6/7

Job description:

  • This is a community disability team based role where you will find yourself working across a variety of settings from home visits, to day services and respite, and various leisure facilities.
  • This role will include falls, mobility and posture assessments for complex patients which can lead to providing interventions including exercise programmes, sleep systems and standing frames.
  • The role would lend itself to someone who has previous experience with learning disabilities, or transferrable skills from working with a variety of neurological, MSK and respiratory based teams.
