Hunter Mental Health is seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) for a locum position based in Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team, providing high-quality mental health care within the community.
Position Details:
- Role: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
- Location: Kidderminster
- Rate: £25 per hour
- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Contract Type: Locum
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive mental health care and support to a diverse caseload within the community.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and continuous care.
- Engage with patients, families, and carers to provide education and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with professional standards.
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a community psychiatric nursing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
