Are you an experienced Speech Therapist looking for a flexible locum opportunity? We are seeking a Band 6 Speech Therapist to join our team in Wrexham on an immediate start. This role involves working with adults on acute wards, where your expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to adult patients on acute wards.
• Independently assess and manage dysphagia, ensuring best practice in patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with service standards.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid registration with the relevant professional body.
