Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner

A new long term placement has become available for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to work in the Youth Service team based in Norwich.

This role is 37.5 hours per week with a pay rate of £27 ltd per hour.

Duties will include young person focused assessments, building relationships with young people while safely managing their risk. You will perform waiting list calls to young people, care planning, risk assessments and co-ordinating support for young people within the service.
