Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized patient care, ensuring effective discharge planning based on Trust values.
  • Support team coordination of clinical activities.
  • Monitor and uphold care quality according to clinical standards.
  • Maintain high nursing standards per Trust and CQC guidelines.
  • Safely administer medication following Trust policy.
  • Support patient medication adherence and provide health promotion advice.
  • Educate patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration as a Midwife.
  • Proven experience in midwifery practice.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Commitment to compassionate and patient-centered care.
