Role requirements
Ward: Occupational therapy Vascular and Emergency Surgery
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: on-going
Working Pattern: 37.5 Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 8:00/8:30-16:00/16:30
Role Details:
- Occupational therapy intervention to one of the largest standalone emergency surgery units, our gastroenterology ward and specialist vascular centre.
- The VES therapy Team serves a diverse population of complex and acutely unwell patients
- Part of a MDT, you will be expected to manage a varied caseload and plan and undertake Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions, including seeing and supporting with more complex cases.
- Work autonomously whilst maintaining up-to-date records in line with trust policy.
- Able and willing to support juniors, students, unregistered staff, and team leads.
Previous Occupational Therapist experience
HCPC Registration
