Pay: £20 - £23 per hour (Direct Engagement)

Job Overview

We're seeking a Band 6 Senior Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality rehab services to elderly patients in an intermediate care setting. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team within a trust that prioritises innovation and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans

  • Support patient independence and safety

  • Collaborate with nurses, AHPs, and social workers

  • Manage a varied caseload across community and inpatient services

  • Educate patients and families on rehab goals and progress

Requirements
  • HCPC registered Occupational Therapist

  • NHS experience in intermediate care or rehabilitation

  • Skilled in managing elderly patient caseloads

  • Strong communication and risk assessment skills

  • Up-to-date CPD portfolio
