Band 7 - CAMHS Practitioner (RMN/Social Worker)
Search Healthcare are recruiting an experienced Specialist Mental Health CAMHS Practitioner (Band 7) on behalf of our client on an initial, 3 month contract with the potential of ongoing work. Full time sociable position with working hours being 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
Responsible for:
-The assessment of need and delivery of safe and effective interventions for CYP and managing complex risks, in accordance with recognised clinical guidance.
-Managing and co-ordinating a caseload of CYP with complex MH needs and sharing skills within the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT)
-Supporting and providing clinical leadership within the CAMHS Team
-Working as part of the MDT and in an integrated way with wider teams and services to meet the needs of the CYP & Families.
-Offering advice, support and supervision to other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
-The right to work in the UK
-Minimum 6 months experience in a UK based healthcare setting.
-current registration with the NMC or Relevant healthcare council:SWC,NMC, RCN
-Professional qualification in a relevant field such as: Nursing or Social Work
