Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00

Hours: Full time (37.5hrs/week)

Job description:

Undertake the intravenous administration of all diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals and drugs used in the practice of Nuclear Medicine as prescribed in the legislation and SOPs
Be accountable for the adherence to all SOPs. Respond to scheduling demands from patients and referrers for all nuclear medicine studies in accordance with departmental protocols.
Assess patient and referrer requirements and adapt procedures (in consultation with clinicians) to ensure individual needs of each patient are met.
Take responsibility for patient consent, identification and relevant clinical details is obtained prior to commencement of imaging, in accordance with Trust and professional legislation.
