Job Advert Role Description

Riddrie House is located on the outskirts of the east end of Glasgow. Our home offers residential and nursing support for 32 males and females with mental health needs, including people with conditions such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.

We are looking for people to join our bank staff as Support Workers to complement our current colleagues to provide optimal support for the service users at Riddrie House.

The support worker plays a vital role in the service delivery. You will be working alongside Senior Support Workers and Registered Nurses to deliver person centered support and opportunity to maximise the scope of recovery and development of each resident. The role is different each day and will give you many opportunities to grow and develop as a professional.
