The role:

You’ll support a wide range of clients — from UK clearing banks to investment funds and listed companies — on bilateral and syndicated finance deals. Asset-based lending or receivables finance experience is a bonus, but a solid grounding in general banking and LMA documentation is what matters most.

  • A strong pipeline of ABL, leveraged and real estate finance matters
  • The chance to help grow and shape a key part of the practice
  • Support to develop into a recognised expert in your field
What you’ll bring:
  • 2–4 years' PQE in banking & finance from a well-regarded commercial firm
  • Excellent technical skills and sound commercial judgement
  • A team-first mindset and eagerness to get involved in a growing practice
Why this team?

You’ll be joining a dynamic, well-established team with a national reach and a genuine partner-led culture. Expect hands-on mentoring, market-leading training, and the chance to develop your career in a firm that values ambition and collaboration in equal measure.
