Your new role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal to join a thriving Asset-Based Lending team. The role will see you working closely with solicitors in the team on a range of transactional work. In addition, you can also expect to provide property due diligence for transactions involving property finance.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and will ideally have completed the LLB or GDL accompanied by the LPC. You will also have gained a range of transactional paralegal experience within a corporate, banking or property role.
