Food and Beverage Assistant / Bar Staff

• Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week (daytime, evenings, weekends)
• £10 - £11.50 per hour + Benefits

About the Role

The club is looking for enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistants/Bar Staff to join the team. You will be pivotal in delivering the highest levels of customer service to members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be available for weekend work - daytime or evening
• Maintain a professional and welcoming approach at all times
• Demonstrate first-rate customer service and excellent communication skills
• Prepare bar for opening, ensuring readiness for customers
• Take orders, set, serve, and clear tables, handling bills and money
• Maintain a clean and hygienic service area
• Have good knowledge of snacks and beverages on offer
• Deal effectively with customer enquiries
• Ensure adherence to legal frameworks
• Work collaboratively as part of a team

The Ideal Candidate:

Our client is looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and providing excellent customer service. You will have:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• At least 1 year of bartending experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanour
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Availability for weekend shifts
