Barbering Lecturer

• Hourly Rate: £26 - £29 (including holiday pay)

We are seeking a skilled Barbering Lecturer to join a college in Birmingham. This role involves teaching and supporting students across Level 1 to Level 3 Barbering courses. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a desire to help students succeed in the field of barbering.

• Delivering high-quality teaching to students enrolled in Level 1 to Level 3 Barbering courses.
• Preparing lesson plans and teaching materials that meet the curriculum requirements.
• Assessing and evaluating students’ progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Supporting students in developing their practical barbering skills.
• Maintaining accurate records of students’ attendance, progress, and assessments.
• Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to the improvement of the curriculum.

• Must hold a Teaching Qualification.
• Must have a Level 3 qualification in Barbering.
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
