We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join our client's team in London. If you have the below experience, please apply today!

Job role: Bartender

Duration: 2- 4 weeks
Pay: £14phr
Start: ASAP
Hours and Days: 10:30am-10:30pm (4 days on 4 days off)
Location: Battersea

Role and responsibilities

  • Welcome guest to the bar/lounge
  • Ensure all customers in the area comply with guest policy and they have right of access
  • Check in/out customers via the dedicated portal
  • Prepare cocktails and other refreshments/snacks
  • Provide knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations
  • Fulfilling customer drink order accurately and promptly
  • Keeping bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer
  • Report low stock levels
  • Placing orders and managing stock levels
  • Ensuring compliance with premises license
  • Cleaning bar, washing glasses, wiping down surfaces
  • Taking card payments
  • Verifying age and identity of customers
  • Ensure bar/lounge is clean and free from customers at closing time
  • Report any defective equipment
  • Liaise with contractors attending the area for repairs, maintenance and servicing
  • Assist with set up for events
  • Complain handling

What are we looking for?

  • Experience within a Bartender/Mixologist role
  • Flexible, positive and can do attitude.
  • Good time management and ability to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Possesses enthusiasm, self-motivation and drive for results.
