  • Annual Salary: Up to £35,000 basic with OTE of £50,000+

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our client as a Bathroom Sales Designer. This multifaceted role involves designing bespoke bathroom solutions, managing sales processes, and overseeing project execution to ensure customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Design: Create innovative and functional bathroom designs tailored to client needs and preferences.
  • Sales: Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide expert advice to drive sales.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage bathroom installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer relationships, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Administration: Handle necessary paperwork, including quotes, invoices, and project documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in bathroom design, sales, and project management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD) is a plus.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
