Simon Acres Recruitment are working with an established and award-winning independent kitchen, bathroom and bedroom retailer based in Kent, who are looking for an experienced and highly competent Bathroom Designer.

Offering a basic salary of between £27,500 - £29,000 plus uncapped commission, offering an achievable OTE of £43,000.

The Role:

  • Designing and presenting bespoke bathrooms using Virtual Worlds CAD software & Fusion 2020.
  • Preparing customer plans and quotations.
  • Dealing with prospective and existing clients in person and via telephone.
  • Producing quotes taking into account customer design constraints.
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Attending site survey visits to measure up and gather relevant information using company vehicle.
  • Taking ownership from initial conception through to sale, providing a smooth handover to the internal installations team.
  • Continuous development of product knowledge.
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI’s.
  • Full Time: Monday to Saturday (1 day off in the week). Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm (8.30am start on a Monday).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in designing and selling bathrooms.
  • Knowledge of CAD (Virtual Worlds) is essential.
  • Must have a strong understanding of bathrooms.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Self-declared perfectionist with an eye for detail.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Confident, and self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised.
  • Computer literate.
  • Full and clean UK driving licence.
