Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Overview:
Join a growing organization specializing in consumer and location analytics, using advanced techniques to drive client growth in the real estate sector. This role focuses on expanding our business both domestically and internationally, empowering major property owners, investors, and managers with optimized resource allocation strategies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Utilize personal and industry contacts, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to enhance company visibility and secure meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing to customize product propositions and ensure effective Go-To-Market plans.
• Provide ongoing progress reports using opportunity management systems.
• Manage opportunities within NetSuite for designated accounts, conducting regular account meetings.
• Coordinate with technical teams for smooth delivery handover.
• Educate clients on core data products and support key RFPs, bids, and contract closures.
• Uphold core values of transparency, honesty, and integrity in client interactions.

Experience Required:

• Strong presentation, listening, and communication skills.
• Commercially adept at aligning solutions with business objectives.
• Eager to learn, tackle challenges, and committed to personal growth.
• High personal motivation and initiative.
• Ability to identify and quantify business challenges.
• Familiarity with and passion for the specific sector's intricacies
