Daytime Healthcare are working with a multi-ward-winning Aesthetic Clinic who are looking for a Beauty Therapist to join their team in Brentwood!

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for performing a wide range of advanced beauty treatments.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their skincare and beauty needs, provide personalised recommendations, and create customised treatment plans.
  • Stay updated on the latest skincare and beauty products, trends, and techniques to provide expert advice to clients and recommend suitable products.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business through excellent customer care.
  • Promote and sell beauty products and additional services to clients, increasing revenue and enhancing the client experience.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification (level 4 highly desirable).
  • Experience in advanced beauty treatments.
  • Relevant experience in the beauty/skin care industry.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of beauty treatments and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and sales abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for beauty/skincare.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Up-to-date understanding of industry trends and innovations.

Additional commission earnings to be earned!

Schedule:

  • Full time - 4 to 5 days per week, including Saturdays
  • Shifts are 9:00am - 20:00pm and 9:00am - 17:00pm
