Milk Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Buddy to support children with SEMH within a supportive primary school based in Ellesmere Port. The school ensure that all staff are supported in their career progression and create regular opportunities for CPD.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with SEMH across the primary age group
• Running key interventions to support learning
• Strong behaviour management.
• Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored lessons and activities for students

Non-negotiables:

• Previous experience supporting SEMH
• Experience working within a primary aged setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy and a passion for supporting children with SEMH
