A brilliant school in Witlshire - Devizes, has an opportunity for a confident candidate to join their team in a Behaviour Management Assistant role. They want someone to work with students that struggle with behaviour challenges and benefit from consistent support through the day. The Behaviour Management Assistant will work alongside with class teachers and established professionals in order to give students the best care. The responsibilities will range from facilitating therapeutic techniques to giving students a safe space to express themselves. You will identify areas of improvement and potential trigger areas and help students learn independence.

As a Behaviour Management Assistant you will receive guidance from occupational therapists, safeguarding officers and psychologists working in the school. This is an amazing opportunity for graduates looking to get their foot in the door and start their industry career. The school have bespoke, purpose built facilities and a strong community that supports it's members. The curriculum is diverse and encourages independent investigation and problem solving in order to prepare the students and teach functional skills.
