Role Overview: Behaviour Mentor

We are collaborating with a prominent Academy Trust poised to expand its inclusion team in the coming months. The school has observed a rise in students at risk of exclusion and is actively seeking talented individuals to make a positive impact by mentoring students before such situations arise. As a behaviour mentor, you will be involved in working with students on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings.
