Randstad is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join our vibrant team in Manchester. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting students and creating a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group support to students with challenging behaviour.
  • Develop and implement effective behaviour management plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to achieve the best outcomes for students.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience with children or young people, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • Enhanced DBS on the updated service is required (or willingness to apply).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
