We are currently in search of a confident Behaviour Mentor to be appointed in a new school that’s just opened in the Maidstone area to start as soon as possible. The school are in search of a Behaviour Mentor that has had experience in an SEN environment that can handle challenging behaviour. The Behaviour Mentor will be working with senior leadership team in improving the quality of the provision through leading the behaviour and handling expectations.

The Behaviour Mentor will be working in an all through SEN School with various needs. The successful Behaviour Mentor will be working in a brand-new school allowing lots of room for progression and starting a new journey at the school. The ideal Behaviour Mentor will have excellent communication skills when dealing with the students and be a good team player.
