Academics Ltd. is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support students in Swindon. As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll help students manage their behaviour, offering one-on-one and group support. You will work with teachers to improve engagement and foster a positive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioural support as a Behaviour Mentor to students in need.
• Collaborate with staff to implement strategies for behavioural improvement.
• Offer guidance and positive reinforcement as a Behaviour Mentor.
• Track student progress and adjust support as a Behaviour Mentor.
• Foster a safe, supportive classroom environment as a Behaviour Mentor.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills for any effective Behaviour Mentor.
• Patience and empathy, key qualities for a Behaviour Mentor.
• A proactive approach to supporting students as a Behaviour Mentor.
