Behaviour Support Assistant
Milk Education are recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant to work in a Special School in the LS16 area.
We’re looking for candidates who are patient and nurturing and specifically someone who can help young children feel comfortable at school and be supportive of their needs.
The ideal Behaviour Support Assistant for this role would be a person who has:
- Experience of working with SEND/SEMH children/vulnerable adults
- A warm and friendly personality
- Emotional resilience
- Proactive and flexible capabilities
- Strong Behaviour Management Skills
As a Behaviour Support Assistant you will:
- Help teachers prepare lesson materials
- Set up and tidy classrooms for lessons
- Work with students to make sure they understand
- Watch, record and report the progress students make
- Assist with the Behaviour Management of the clasroom

Non-negotiables:
- Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting/ other relevant setting
