Location: Central Stockport
Position: Behavioural Teaching Assistant
Pay Rate: £85 per day
Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm

Tradewind is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Behavioural Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school located in central Stockport. This role is pivotal in providing support to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies
  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
  • Assist in creating a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere
  • Work closely with students to promote positive behaviour and learning
  • Encourage and motivate students to achieve their best

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • An outgoing and enthusiastic personality
  • A proactive and positive approach to work
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
