Job Role: Bench Hand Joiner

Location: commutable from Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire

Shift: Nights, Monday to Thursday 6pm - 6am

Pay Rate: up to £18.00 per hour.

Benefits: Free on-site parking + regular overtime available + company events

The Company:

A forward-thinking, well-established company that specialise in high end, bespoke joinery projects are recruiting for permanent Bench Hand Joiners to join their existing team due to continued growth of their order book and gaining new clients. This is a manufacturing business with a fantastic reputation supplying a client base across the UK, with a strong culture in future investment and an annual apprentice intake.

The Bench Hand Joiner Candidate:

• Experience working with furniture or bespoke joinery experience - Desirable
• Experience working with MDF & Laminates - Essential
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Ability to comprise, read and interpret cutting lists
• Assembly of furniture
• Use of hand and power tools
• Fill sand and finish wooden products
• Work in a safe manner, adhering to company procedures
• Good communications skills
• A team player with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work amongst a team.
