GBR Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a leading Joinery / Carpentry business, recruiting for an experienced high quality focused Bench Joiner, to produce innovative bespoke joinery services / works for a variety of end using clients, across various industry sectors.

You will be a time served professional Bench Joiner who has carried out bespoke Joinery works for different end using clients specific requirements.

This varied role, will work across heritage & listed building restoration works, new build housing, commercial property fit outs & more.

You will be crafting anything from wooden window frames, door frames, doors, gates, wooden frameworks, staircases, counters, reception areas, fitted furniture (wardrobes, kitchen cupboards, cabinets etc.), shop fronts / signage & more, using hand tools, power tools & specialist woodworking machinery.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified Bench Joiner to test their Joinery skills across a highly diverse range of Joinery works.

Experience:

  • Ideally you will have a Level 3 Bench Joinery / Carpentry Diploma (C&G), or similar
  • Used to producing bespoke high end Joinery work
  • Skilled using hand tools, power tools & woodworking machinery
  • Innovative / proactive approach to problem solving (can do attitude)
  • Able to conduct site surveys
  • Able to produce cutting lists prior to use for manufacturing
