Bench Joiner - Permanent - Wellington Somerset - up to £34,320 per annum dependent on experience

Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for a skilled Bench Joiner for their manufacturing client in Wellington Somerset.

40 Hours per week.

Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 4.00pm Friday 7.00am to 1.00pm

2 paid 20 minute breaks and a 30 minute unpaid break on the 4 longer working days.

Salary is up to £16.50 an hour depending on experience which equates to 34,320 a year.

You will be working in a small team manufacturing, furniture, fixtures, and fittings for commercial use. Ideally having some supervisory experience as there is the opportunity to develop within the company.

You will need experience in programming and operating, various machines and power tools, such as edge banders, jigsaws, chop saws and circular saws and sanders. You will also use a variety of hand tools.

You need to be able to read from plans and cad drawings to make the bespoke items to the right size and specifications.

The role will be workshop based with the occasional need to go to site.
