Benefits Technician/Pensions Administrator

At Alexander Lloyd, we are pleased to announce we are again partnered with an established client who are looking for a Benefits Technician to join their London-based team. You will need to have full cradle to grave, DB pensions administration experience as they are seeking an individual to be able to 'hit the ground running'.

They are a trustee organisation that has 87,000 members across 49 employers in the higher education sector and has more of an in-house feel to the business in comparison to a traditional TPA.

You would need to be able to attend their London office 5 days a week during probation and then this will reduce to 2/3 days working from home.

They can pay up to £35k, depending on experience, plus benefits.
